Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 456db ("456db", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 456db online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://456db.im (the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 456db Platform.

456db reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility

To register and use a 456db account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You have not previously had a 456db account suspended or permanently closed for terms violations.
• You are of sound mind and entering this Agreement voluntarily without coercion.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one 456db account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid email address that you own and have access to.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you are aged 21 or above.
• A secure password of your own choosing that you have not shared with any other platform or person.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 456db will never contact you to request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you report a security concern to 456db at [email protected].

456db reserves the right to refuse account registration to any individual at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that refusal.

Identity Verification (KYC)

456db operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as a condition of account use. All account holders are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal and may be asked to complete verification at any point during their account lifecycle.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC verification include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• Valid Bangladeshi passport (with photograph page clearly visible).
• Bangladesh driving licence (current and not expired).

In addition to identity documents, 456db may request proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) and proof of the payment method used for deposits (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).

Submitting falsified, altered, or misrepresenting identity documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Deposits

Deposits to your 456db account must be made exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfers.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to another individual — are not permitted and will be investigated.
• 456db does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or wire transfers from international bank accounts.
• Deposit processing times vary by method. Mobile money transfers via bKash and Nagad are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day.
• 456db does not charge fees on deposits from the platform side. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

If a deposit is credited to your account in error — for example, due to a technical issue or payment processor error — you are obligated to notify 456db immediately. Funds credited in error remain the property of 456db and must not be wagered or withdrawn. Any such funds wagered before notification will be recovered from the account balance.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and is not negotiable.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days following successful KYC verification. Players with Platinum Loyalty tier status receive priority processing within 24 hours on business days.
• Withdrawal requests submitted on public holidays in Bangladesh may be processed on the next available business day.
• 456db reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if the transaction is flagged by its internal risk management systems.
• Any active bonus funds that have not completed their wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met.

Bonuses and Promotions

456db offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Bonus Validity Period: Each bonus has an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the validity window will be removed from the account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Deposit-match bonuses require a minimum deposit of the stated qualifying amount to be activated. Deposits below the qualifying threshold will not trigger the bonus.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and cricket betting may contribute at a lower rate as stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: 456db actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

456db reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already claimed and with an active wagering requirement at the time of a promotion change will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of claiming.

Betting Rules

456db's sports betting product — including all cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — is governed by the following general betting rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is the player's sole responsibility to review the bet slip before confirming any wager.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed on the bet slip at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to the specific market type. Generally, bets on events that do not reach the minimum stated completion threshold will be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced — in markets not explicitly offered as in-play — will be voided and stakes returned.
• 456db reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error. Where this occurs, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Maximum win limits apply to certain markets. These limits are stated on the relevant market pages. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum will be capped at that limit.

Casino and Slots

The 456db Casino — including live dealer tables and the slots library — operates under the following rules:

• All casino games, including slots and live dealer titles, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer dealing procedures validated by the applicable game provider. Intellectual Property

All content on the 456db Platform — including but not limited to the 456db brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data — is the property of 456db or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express written permission from 456db.

Limitation of Liability

456db provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the Platform is available, accurate, and secure at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• 456db is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• 456db's total cumulative liability to any player in any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 456db is not responsible for any third-party software, payment processing delays attributable to mobile money providers or banks, or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Account Suspension and Termination

456db reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed against 456db by the account holder.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

Upon voluntary account closure requested by the player, 456db will process any withdrawable balance to the registered payment method following standard KYC and withdrawal checks. Bonus funds not yet meeting their wagering requirement will be forfeited at the time of closure.

Amendments to These Terms

456db may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, 456db will endeavour to notify registered account holders via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
